Mistress Agnes was greatly excited to find the local carrier at the threshold of her cottage with a wonderous parcel. Said parcel contained portraits of both herself and Master Christopher. This in itself is strange as neither Mistress A nor Master C are of the status that one would associate with portraiture; this is more in keeping with Sir Francis.
Mistress Agnes has been told that these portraits are to affix to the sides of her horseless carriage when she goes on her travels. They will inform the good folk of Devon and beyond of the delights on offer from Swords and Spindles – only those who are able to read of course.
